Facilitation

Expertise rooted in participatory theatre for development. I am well versed in Freirian (Paulo Freire) and Boalian (Augusto Boal) pedagogical approaches. I have extensive experience in facilitating strategy development, policy advocacy reflections, subject specific process workshops. I have supported a range of consortia and organisations such as Count Me In!, Just Associates, Equality Now Africa, CODESRIA and Open Society Initiative for Southern Africa

Policy Support

Focused on strategy development, evaluating existing strategies, policy analysis and research informed policy decisions. Clients have included Action Aid Kenya, African Women’s Development Fund, FEMNET, Action Aid International, UNWomen and Government of Kenya.
